Nagasaki Warehouse Co., Ltd. was established shortly after World War II in January 1947 in the Tokiwa-Dejima district of Nagasaki to provide warehousing of relief supplies for the occupation forces at the time.
Later, we moved our warehouses from the Tokiwa-Dejima district to their current locations in Motofuna-machi, Tomachi and Higashinagasaki to promote the redevelopment of Nagasaki's waterfront in conjunction with the Nagasaki Urban Renaissance 2001 Plan in Nagasaki Prefecture.
Currently, we mainly provide warehousing however we have successfully diversified our business portfolio to include ship's agency business, travel agency services, customs brokerage, and harbor transportation and, since March 2016, we have begun to rent out apartments in the upper floors of our newly built headquarters.
